Merchandise Exchange Privileges

Merchandise returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt in original condition with original sales receipt and packaging.

I am not responsible for damage to a piece caused by mishandling, snags, or other circumstances that are out of my control.

Credit cards will be refunded for purchase price. No credit allowed for either original shipping or return shipping charges unless there was a error made by us.


Shipping Damages:

I take every precaution when packaging items for shipment. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please retain all shipping and packing materials and call us within 48 hours of receipt to schedule a UPS claim and inspection. We are open 7 days a week for your convenience. Claims for damage in transit cannot be honored after this 48 hour period.
